Are You a Team Leader?

A strong team leader responds to all emails and phone calls. When you receive a phone call or email try and respond to it within at least 24 hours. If you do not no the answer to the question or questions at the time let them know the truth and tell them that you will get back with them. Once you find the answer get back with them as soon as possible.

Even though you did not sponsor someone in you downline this does not mean you can not help them. If you help them build their downline this will help you out in the long run. Most of the time they come to you to ask questions is because their enroller is not their to help them. A lot of people get into Network Marketing and expect other people to do the work for them. So they will not help out their downline. So as a team leader this falls to you to help them out. In the long run it will be well worth it.

As a team leader try and set up an instant messenger group so that everyone in your team can stay connected. This helps out in many different ways. One of the ways that it helps out is that you will not be receiving as many phone calls or emails. When your team is in there chatting your members can ask any questions at that time. This is one of the best ways for a team to stay connected.

You would also want to have team webinars. Team webinars also gives the individual a chance to ask any question that they might have. You can also show them different ways to advertise their business. Keep the webinar fairly short. No longer than 30 minutes once or twice a week.

You might also want to thing about starting an advertising coop. This will help out the new ones in your group to start seeing results and it also helps out the ones that do not have the time to advertise or just do not know how to. This is one of the best ways to keep your team members interested in the business. Make sure that you keep the coop at a reasonable price. This way most of the people on your team will be able to afford to join if they want to.

As you can see being a team leader is not easy. You have to be willing to invest a lot of time and effort into your business. If you do all or some of these things for your downline you will have more of them staying in the business. This will keep them excited and it will help you out most of all in the long run
