A veil of deception has been placed over your creative and visionary intuition. There are obstructions that have been placed upon you by our society that cause you to overlook crucial steps that you can take to motivate anyone to tremendous action. There is no reason to fear or feel ashamed of this fact because what has happened is not your fault. Right now we are going to dispel 2 fallacies that you have been living with for quite some time. Have you have been inspired to do, say, or create something that would make a positive impact in your workplace, neighborhood, or community? Did you actually put those creative thoughts into action and see them through to completion? Do you have suggestion boxes where you work or live? Have you ever received feedback from the comments that go into that suggestion box? The way that you answered those questions were for the most part predetermined. With those results in mind, you are going to discover how, by using the art of motivation you can inspire virtually anyone to accomplish any task or goal that you set for them. You are also going to discover that this information can be applied to your own circumstances no matter where you find yourself and how by understanding it you will be able to alter or sway the way that tasks are completed in whatever circumstances you find yourself! The first veil of deception that has been placed upon you is the Age Fallacy this fallacy states that age is a restrictive catalyst that holds people back and stifles creativity that could otherwise be used to solve problems faster. For example, because someone is older than you, you feel you have no right to tell them what to do or explain to them the difference between what is right or wrong. Many of us have been taught to respect our elders, however, for this particular instance what I am talking about right now has nothing to do with respect; it has to do with efficiency and motivation. Here is another example, have you ever been motivated or inspired to do, try, or say something that you heard a younger person do or say, but you were silently or personally ashamed to tell or admit why you were motivated to action because the inspiration came from a younger person than you? Can you grasp where I am going with this? You must remove these barriers from you psyche and throw them away because they are hindering your potential. Next, discover with me the Caste Fallacy or the Boss/Worker Relationship, which states that because you are a worker and expected to be subservient to your Boss you have no right and are certainly not expected to offer up solutions to problems. Are you the boss, parent, supervisor, or teacher to someone else? Do you now understand that this is a double edged sword? Respect goes both ways and I know that any boss, parent, supervisor, or teacher that is worth their salt, would appreciate the solution to a problem or situation that is negatively impacting the current situation or environment. By removing two destructive and non-productive concepts that have been prevalent in your life since the day you were born you will begin to see vast improvements. Open your creativity valve and begin to discover ways that you can positively impact the world around you. When you remove the Age Fallacy and the Caste Fallacy you can motivate and inspire 1 to 1,000 persons on a daily basis. Imagine how the quality of your life would improve if you lived your life this way everyday! © 2005 Mark Brown. All rights reserved.
